Katie Holmes Stayed Quiet During Labor
I found this article in The Sun describing a few things that happened during Katie's labor and suffice to say she did in fact stay quiet with the help of an epidural and hair stroking by Tom. Another interesting tid-bit is everyone else had to stay quiet as well so the nurses and doctor had to use signals. Hand signals folks.

What's the hand signal for "sham marriage"?
Crazy crap. Does the baby have to be quiet too? I mean, sure it's natural for babies to cry when they come out of the womb.....but then again, it's natural to make some sort of noise when your pushing a freaking baby out of your crotch!
I just don't get it.
