Meredith Vieira Leaving "The View"
It comes as no surprise that once Katie Couric left NBC's, "The Today Show", that Meredith would be announced as her replacement. So it's official today that Meredith will indeed take Katie's spot. So here's to hoping it's a smooth transition and they people that watch either of those shows are happy with the change.

Am I the only one who thinks the roles should be reversed??? Meredith has the credibility to be an evening news anchor, not cutsie-Katie. I think Katie should stay in a morning slot.
I'm looking forward to this. Especially since I catch the Today show about once a year. ;)
