you know what's worse than a photoshopped body? Seeing the real-life concave body of John Basedow, the creator of Fitness Made Simple. That guy is a freak!

and take a look. He looks like he was photoshopped, but that's his real head on his body. dayum!
Yeah, John Basedow is a freak of nature. He needs to invent exercises for the head and face so that his can match his body! And he needs to invent a new pose.
As for Janet, I think the reason that her head looks so funny is because of the awful-looking face on the front of it...
Anyone else think she looks like one of the extras from "Thriller"?
I'd never heard of John Basedow before today. Um. Wow. He's really rockin' that Studio 54 hair. He creeps me out in ways I can't really verbalize.
I wish I had thousands to spend on a personal trainer. And private chef. And plastic surgeon.
Now I'm off to see what Photoshop can do for me!

I do believe in the same time it has taken her to lose 110 pounds, I've lost 2.
