Do You Have A Shot Gun I Can Borrow?

angry_woman_pulling_out_hair_lg_nwm
Oh please, please someone shoot me. ~sigh~ I have had six kids in my house for TWO whole days and I am ready to drop, or drop kick someone anyways. My sister-in-law asked me to take care of my two nephews and my 1 yr old niece, because she had to go to the hospital. I am so okay with this folks, don't get me wrong BUT having 6 kids in my house, 3 of which aren't mine, so yelling is NOT allowed, well I am ready to donate my brain. Wanna know the kicker though? I just bought a new sofa and chair after oh say 5 years of needing a new one, MY couches are spac-freaking-tacular people, espresso brown, soft and lush and lovely, anyways back to the point. The point is THEY TORE MY COUCH! I have had my sofa for two damn days, NOT even two full F'ing days and my 7 yr old nephew tore all 3 cushions. Can I get a WTF?!!! ~sigh~ So the point of the whole damn post was to apologize for not visiting my "friends" and fellow bloggers sites and NOT commenting. I've been tortured and my brain is on vacation. So I'll see ya bright and early tomorrow morning, right after I drop my nephews off at school, my daughter off as well, and take care of the other 3 young kids. So can someone please shoot me now?! Just once in the knee, or leg or something, that way I too can go to the hospital and escape my house...?...!

Thanks Jessica and I'm going to go to bed soon. We bought a warranty so hubby is going to call them and have em fix it. Although I hate the whole taking the couch away again so I can wit another FIVE weeks. ~sigh~

LOL @ the microwave incident. Too funny, sounds like something I would do.

Oh Vi! I'll take your brain. You can keep the kids, and I'll take your brain. And your ripped couch 'cause I need a new one so badly and your sounds perty ;)

I hope everything's okay at the hospital. Maybe your SIL can meet you there with the kids... since you're going to drop kick 'em anyway. ;)

Seriously... feeling bad for you. Wish I could help!

Couches should be kid proof. I'm sure they'll replace it. You might want to consider another fabric.
That said, the kid is lucky I'm not his aunt - I would have sent him to the same hospital as his mother. LOL.

WTF!!! (That's what you asked for, right? So, you get one!!)

I don't know how your nephew ripped THREE cushions. I hope it wasn't malicious. But either way - Bummer. Big Bummer.

Hope you get some peace and quiet soon! : ) (And that your sister's okay...)

WTH? I'd take it back too - OMG. I'm so sorry, Virenda. It's hard as hell to watch other kids, and try to stay on top of your house. I hope you get a few minutes of sanity soon!!

How did they tear open the cushions?! I'm so sorry...I also am a furniture whore.

I was about to spout off something about kids these days and their lack of respect for things until I remembered the incident with the vacuum cleaner and my mother's Spode china.

The couches really are as soft and lovely as you say. I know it will all work out. And I'm so glad I got to hear this story in person today before I read it!

Want a dog? ;)

OMGosh!

Vi?

I would have completely lost my composure over that one. I am soooo sorry. I would have sent virtual hugs and maybe a 40 ouncer, had I known things were so crazed for you too.

Jeesh. Have you been able to repair the sofa? What about asking for new cushions from the store you purchased it at?

A few years back I bought new lvn-rm furniture. A week later I noticed a stain on the underside of the cushion. Now, I KNOW that it was there from day one, 'cuz I didn't allow anyone on the furniture with food or drink. So I called the furniture store and they sent out a new cushion cover, no questions asked, and free of charge. That was cool.

Hope things are calmer for you now.

Love ya bunches!
