Okay we have all said the same thing before, "Why do all hollywood starlets look like bobble heads?!" Their bodies get skinnier and skinnier till their nothing but bones and over sun exposed skin, and yet they have GIGANTIC heads. I don't know about you, but I'd like to put Nicole Richie in the back window of my car, she'd be cute bobbing her head around after every stop light.
