I'd have to agree, she looks pretty strung out. Then again, she's next to Carmen Electra, who always looks well-kept.
She looks like the tan in a bottle got a little carried away on her.
Yeah I would agree it would be hard to compete next to Carmen, but come on!!!
That girl looks fugly, sigh she got WAY to carried away with the self-tanner. She quite honestly could be mistaken for a trannie in that picture.
