I'm going to guess Jude Law's on-again off-again lady friend: Sienna Miller
I need another clue...looks a smidge too bow-legged for Sienna--hers are downright perfection! Of course I'm going to feel like an ass if it actually is her!
I was also going to guess Sienna Miller, but I think I have seen similar shoes on Kate Moss, but I don't think those legs seem quite sickly and malnourished enough...
I kinda thought Cameron (your favourite) but I don't get the global hint then...
Yeah, my guess is Cameron Diaz. (but also don't know how the global hint would fit her)

From all the clues others are giving... it might actually be Kate Moss, but the legs really don't look anorexic enough. I also thought it might be MIsha Barton because she has nasty bow-legs, but I don't think she smokes.
