Is this Ozzy Osbourne's daughter? For some reason i can't think of her name right now.
LOL, well I don't wanna ruin the game, but I always do the second clue with a play on words... Which narrows it down to only 60% of celebrities. LOL.
Are you allowed to tell us what the tatoo says? (I can't quite see it)

I was going to say PINK.. but I think it's Kelly Osbourne

That is who it is Kelly, both Kelly and Nicole Richie have these tatoos.
I'm guessing Kelly Osbourne because that is what pops up when you move the mouse over the picture silly.
