Well I guess the whole "We are going to try and work things out" didn't um, work out so well. I really wanted them to stay together but I guess things happen. Hilary filed for divorce from Chad after 5 years together. The couple's lawyer said: "Hilary Swank and Chad Lowe have jointly decided to divorce They continue to be friends and have the utmost respect for one another." ---- YEAH RIGHT! Sure buddy, sure...
