So I bring you a W-T-H moment not because of how they are dressed but because I have NO idea what these three are talking about and what in the hell is so funny. I feel so left out.

How the hell do Prince Charles and the other dude understand a word Ozzy is saying? Maybe that's why they're cracking up...have you ever just laughed when you can't understand someone? Unfortunately I do that a lot. I don't think people like it very much.
