Nope, it's her implant and apparently it's probably scar tissue, caused by the implant.
Nope. This is a girl who should've gone UNDER the muscle. She's too thin for implants on top. Nasty.

I seriously just got a major education in implants. I did not know that you had the choice of where the implant could go. I just thought the doc just stuck it is there.
That said... I agree with Kdubs. That looks like a deflated boob to me.

I noticed her drug induced coma face for a split second then the boob thing. I couldn't take my eyes off the boob thing. That's just... she needs to post the other way. The other one doesn't look so bad. That's just nasty... and I can't stop starin'!
I saw on Dr. 90210 (i think) they're doing implants through the naval now! Vivica didn't get the memo. Yikes!!!!!!!!!
