Heather Locklear Dating David Spade?
Well the rumors are going around that Heather is in fact dating David. They have "eye" witnesses that say they saw David & Heather making out. Well good for her, if she wants to date a short and fugly little man, I'm not gonna get in her way.

David Spade was "full-on making out" with Heather Locklear at Jones restaurant in Los Angeles last week, reports In Touch.
Actually I could see wanting to date someone that is funny and laid back, who cares if he's like 4"10.
