Mariah Carey Is Only Happy When It Rains...
Well if you were Mariah what would you wear when it's rainy and cold outside? Black mini? Check. See through black top? Check. Little leather boots? Check. I have no idea what is wrong with her FLIPPING MIND but when it's cold outside you ARE allowed to put on some jeans or hell, even a shirt. Mariah you do know what a t-shirt is, riiight?
May the umbrella be wooshed out of her hand and swing back around and stab her in the heart.

It's nice to know Mimi kept her mother's leather jacket from 1992. I bet it strengthens their relationship.
I'm not sure why she bothers with a shirt at all since she's so intent on showing her boobies to everyone.
I would not wear this in the rain; I would not wear this in the sun; I would not wear this in the day, (night, snow, fog, etc.)..... Sam I am.
My favorite is still her unzipped snowsuit with bra showing!

You know, I'm starting to feel pity for her, really. Anyone that feels it necessary to draw this much attention to their looks...(translation: T&A) constantly, must have incredibly low self esteem.

I don't see the problem with it. That's the outfit I wear to Jacob's school functions. I wear the white version on rainy days!
